Spam - Unsolicited email.
Virus - Emails that were found to have a virus, questionable attachments and/or vulnerability exploits.
Backscatter - Spammers sometimes forge email addresses of our clients. The emails are then bounced by the email server back to the forged sender. These bounced emails are blocked.
Client Blacklists - Clients can manage their own SPAM filters and can block emails that might have slipped through all the other filters. Once blacklisted any emails from that sender are blocked.
Clean Emails - Emails that have made it through our multiple layers of SPAM filtering, virus scanning, backscatter protection and personal blacklists.
