| Absolute Storage Management (www) | When Absolute Storage Management approached us, their website was inundated with problems. Not only was their web developer not returning their phone calls, but when they moved to a new hosting company, it caused bugs to pop up into their existing code. We were contracted to fix the problems and update their website. After fixing the existing problems, including cleaning up code that did not work on the new hosting system, we added our MODS, which allowed them to easily manage their property listings. We are currently in the process of making further improvements to their web site, and of course, making sure they never feel abandoned again.

He asked us to redesign his existing site and add more features including new navigation. The new design was based on the design we did for Contracting Solutions, LLC and we incorporated and expanded on the features in the current content management system

| Rita Hallum - Realtor (www) | Rita was one of our first clients in Memphis. As the top producer for Crye-Leike Realtors, Rita needed a website that reflected her professionalism and expertise. The site we developed for her includes a cleaner, more professional design that showcases her featured listings, client testimonials, and credentials. We added our MODS to give her the freedom to add and change listings, testimonials, and links/resources as frequently as needed. The new design also includes search capabilities, virtual tours, and an obvious call-to-action to encourage visitors to contact her for all their real estate needs. Since Rita has to submit images for every listing, we helped her set-up Photoshop to automate photo editing and resizing. With a single click of a button, the images are automatically resized to work with Realtor.com, MAARs website, and her website.

| The Chase Companies (www) | The Chase Companies offer comprehensive asset and property management services for investors, owners, and residents through 3 groups: Chase Asset Management, Chase Asset Advisors, and Chase Property Services.
We were hired by the Chase Companies to design a website that encompassed all 3 of their companies into one cohesive design. We incorporated a flash intro and navigation that allows users to easily move from one company to another. Even though each of the companies has their own unique set of services, the site maintains a visual and navigational connection with the parent company.
We just launched their website, and we are already adding more administrative and user features that will effectively expand site functionality and the end-user experience.
