Columbus Surgical Specialists contacted us after seeing our other work with surgeon websites.
They needed a website that not only features the surgeons in the practice and the procedures they perform, but also a website that makes life easier for patients. The website has all the forms and documents new patients need when first coming to the practice. Existing patient forms as well as forms for referring physicians are also downloadable in PDF format. This saves a lot of time for incoming patients. Of course, the site also has the standard maps and directions, contact information, and information about the physicians as well as analytics so we can track the site progress.

EdgeRiderWheels.com is a prime example of how a website can help a niche market company recognize global success. Desiant redesigned the website for Edge Rider Wheels, which engineers wheels specifically for the quilting industry, to match their new business model that focuses on attracting and supporting dealers of their products rather than end users. Some of the changes include a new design, testimonials, and an expanded support section that allows dealers to browse through support issues, obtain maintenance tips, and download manuals for several different types of quilting machines.
One of the most useful tools added was a Product Selector Tool that helps users find out which wheels they need for their specific machine, and provides a list of available dealers at the end. The tool was then customized for use on individual dealer’s sites, allowing their customers to configure their product needs without navigating away from their page or seeing the complete list of retailers.

Director of Outreach programs for Hayes, Inc., Karen Matthias, approached us to help improve the search engine rankings of their website. Even though their site was content-rich, it was not achieving competitive positioning in search engine results.
By analyzing the content of the Hayes website and comparing it to their competition, we were able to identify which steps had to be taken to improve their natural search engine results. We performed keyword research and pinpointed specific keywords to be concentrated on to achieve the best results and deliver the most targeted traffic. Finally, we implemented content and meta tag changes, developed a linking strategy and tracked results. Their website is now on the first page of search results for their primary keyword and on the top of page 2 for their second keyword.

Hetter Heating and Cooling, our client since 2004, is a family-owned company in Columbus offering unsurpassed service to their customers. Hetter specializes in residential furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and air filtration. We have been working on a new design for Hetter that will showcase their new service offerings as well as the updates to their existing product line. We have increased readability through improved navigation, improved credibility by adding additional awards and associations, and made it easier for people to find what they are looking for with call-to-action navigation buttons on the front page. The existing MODS used in the previous design were easily configured to fit with the new design.

We were able to successfully link the updated content with the existing design.

With a single click of a button, the images are automatically resized to work with Realtor.com, MAARs website, and her website.

We were hired by the Chase Companies to design a website that encompassed all 3 of their companies into one cohesive design. We incorporated a flash intro and navigation that allows users to easily move from one company to another. Even though each of the companies has their own unique set of services, the site maintains a visual and navigational connection with the parent company.
We just launched their website, and we are already adding more administrative and user features that will effectively expand site functionality and the end-user experience.
